No-one found it? It's acrually Bad Bertrich, with Germany's only Glauber's salts thermal springs.
[The spa I live in, is a thermal salt bath (alkaline hydro-carbonic, sodium-chloride medicinal water with high carbonic acid contect and iodine ion).]

I have been figuring it is a hotel near/at a US base - this after whiling away some time looking up hotels in Liechtenstein (before I saw your no to that).
Or perhaps an administrative center.
