Well, I was a bit puzzled when you said it was not Peru..

As a matter of fact it is in Peru.

Its the Iron house in Iquitos.

It was designed by Gustave Eiffel, and bought on the International exposition of Paris in 1889, the same exhibition the Eiffel tower was built for (the one hundreth anniversary of the French revolution)..

It's not Lima, but Peru was correct. I missed CJ's post which must've been posted when I said "none of the above." My apologies to CJ.
