@Dutchy,
Quote:
Treptower Park is a park along the river Spree in Treptow, in the district of Treptow-Köpenick, south of central Berlin. The park is a popular place for recreation of Berliners and a tourist attraction. Its most prominent feature is the Soviet War Memorial (sometimes translated as the "Soviet Cenotaph"), built to the design of the Soviet architect Yakov Belopolsky to commemorate the 20,000 Soviet soldiers who fell in the Battle of Berlin in April-May 1945.

I've been going through my masses of italy photos, culling them, sometime identifying sites in photos specifically.
Here's one that has been bothering me for a few days - I'll tell you the building is in Modena, but I don't know what piazza and I don't know what the building is. Have googled a bit, but not at great length.

@ossobuco,
Well, Osso, beautiful picture of Piazza Roma, Modena.

The building is Chiesa San Domenico and to the left you can see the "Monumento ai Caduti", a work of Marino Quartieri..

@Francis,
I knew you'd get it! Thank you. I'd looked up churches there but had no immediate luck.

The other building is quite a nice one that I found on a few Modena photos, but nada re exactly where that was either..
