<Just a minor correction to the previous pic: it might show the skiing routes near Vaalserberg, but not Vaalserberg itself: on top of that hill is this building - surrounding by various touristical stuff, stands, café etc.>

I think that the tower (belvedere) which Walter showed is next to the "Drielandenpunt" but not exactly on the "Punt."

Actually, there are only eleven of these in the US. The twelve one doesn't have a building, but does provide resources.
