Not in Europe or Australia. Here is a shot from a different angle, giving you a good view of those white columns.

@Dutchy,
I'm thinking things like old nuclear power plant roof...
no idea about the columns or the green thing.. yet.
Strange roof. I think of deck, as in ship, but the other photo had a concrete wall (I think). Plus there's the keyhole shape.

So, not the Americas, not Australia, not Europe. Africa? (Soon I'll be back in Asia)

@ossobuco,
More questions? Is that a black steel plate set into a deeper chamber?

@ossobuco,
Not Africa. The white columns are lights I gather, and the green thing is a bar. Now think of something high!

@Dutchy,
Mid east?

Something high. High Jump.. Ski lift. Wind turbine (no, no, no!)
Communications Tower.

Must be more than a skyscraper in a place that looks like mostly low buildings.

@ossobuco,
My son told me about it, he dined there late last year, pretty awesome he said. Your turn, however I will be going offline shortly, lunchtime downunder.

@Dutchy,
OK, I'll post one, assuming I find one, and then will be off to chores and a book.

Also, it was interesting seeing Bangkok from the air...

@Dutchy,
Not a bad start at all, but not right.

Rowers on the Schuylkill River pass the Strawberry Mansion Bridge on a foggy morning in the US city of Philadelphia.

(You were right ossobuco, I found it after a bit of searching).
