Dutchy, even though lighthouses can be bliss, this one is more like a memorial to a distinguished gentleman..

Osso, this place benefits from a more warmer climate..

I keep thinking it's by Will Alsop, maybe in the UK. But can't find it yet, if so.

here's a clue why I'm thinking that way - though the tower in your photo has a more restrained presence....
