Going by the Cathedral and other church in your photo, I'm going to suggest it is the harbour of Cartagena in Columbia?

That's right, Dutchy. I checked and the other church is St. Peter Claver, I guess a local saint, whom I vaguely remember learning about in my childhood.
I've been seeing foodie type articles about Cartagena lately; wouldn't mind visiting.
