All I can find so far is that there was a discotheque in Kigali in the nineties named Eden Garden..

"Outside the political life, there was nothing much else happening in social or economical life; there was just a couple of night clubs in Kigali - Kigali Night and Eden Garden which were the most popular discotheques in the 1990s."

Haven't yet found anything about the amazing structure next to what is either the discotheque or the building's shorter entry.

I've thought of this as Hotel Rwanda, but gotten nowhere with that either.

So far..
