That is the building that houses the Kazakhstan government ministry of industry, information and communications. It is the tallest building in the country.

I'm not sure what material the wall sculpture is made from, but to make it easier, it's in DC. The question is, which building?

Well, since they only have a few buildings in D.C. it should be easy, C.I.
Okay, I'll do a search. Glad to know that you have been baptized. Now you don't have to worry about which direction you will go.

I was teasing you, of course, C.I. Just a guess now as I am looking through the Smithsonian Institute for Latino carvings. Is that the place?

Be glad that you don't have to sweep dead palm fronds, C.I. My little earth is not dreaming sleepily 'neath a tapestry of leaves.
Okay, buddy. Time to answer or I'll tell that lovely wife of yours.

It's not the "Latino" carvings as far as I know, but it is in Washington DC.
