lake Toba is indeed in N. Sumatra. it's the caldera of a super volcano that erupted approx 70,000 years ago. the climatic cooling that resulted reduced the world's human population to around 10,000 or so.

Florida is right, Dutchy. It's not exactly an office, but a residence(mansion) but only temporary as it has to do with elected officials. Think Florida government.
