Sorry about the delay Francis....I have been outside, trimming my Wisteria before the sun went down.
Cheddar is probably the best "hard" cheese in the world. I will now find a very interesting story about the Cheddar gorge, which includes a body and a history teacher.
In the meantime, I will find a pic for you.
