What is Lincoln doing behind Berlin's Brandenburg gate?
It is NOT Virginia, Miss Letty, but if you think about it, a bit more obvious...

You have to guess it by yourself, Thomas!
Springfield, Illinois, Francis? I knew that it wasn't Virginia, but I was surprised to find that there is a confederate memorial to Lincoln.
Not Illinois, Miss Letty, a bit more obvious, at least for you...
As usual, I cannot find the picture, but I will try Miami, Florida, Francis.
Florida it is, Miss Letty, but not Miami.
The town's name is French.
There's a Lafayette County in Florida, Francis. Is the place on the West coast?
Not in the coast. Central Florida.
Ok, let me recap:
It is a memorial to Lincoln
It is a town in central Florida with a French name.
Is the name of the town Lafayette, or La Belle?
- Nobody said it was a memorial to Lincoln (at least not me)
- It is in central Florida
- Not Lafayette or La Belle.
Well, thank goodness I did the recap. So, is the man in your memorial American?
The man in that place is Abe Lincoln but it's not (only) a memorial to him.
Well, Francis. I got a bit confused as you observed:
"Nobody said it was a memorial to Lincoln (at least not me)"
Okay, I'll keep searching, honey.
Destin, FL is a french name, but doesn't seem to have a Lincoln statue.
I've learned that not all places are shown on a map, Francis, so is your city shown here?
Well, no, Miss Letty but you have been around last week, if I remember...
Hmmm. I was in Orlando, so the place must be near there. Is the other person to whom the memorial is dedicated a Frenchman, Francis?
Don't think it's Destin, Mr. Turtle.
Funny, I found this in my search:

So, Francis. The "persons" must have to do with Lincoln's generals or the Northern armies, right? Still cannot ascertain the French city. Is it around Orlando?
