Need help finding this movie

It’s an older movie probably between 15-30 years old. I’m pretty sure it’s the second movie in the series. It stars this gorgeous blonde girl, she catches her boyfriend having sex with another blonde in his office and ends up having revenge sex with a guy then cutting the girls brake lines on her car. She kills her therapist and I’m pretty sure kills her boyfriend too. There’s a lot of sex in the movie. If anyone can help that would be great thank you.
