I have not the chest of my lover
To lay my weary head upon
I have only my pillow reaffirming true loneliness
To put my head on
I have not the arms of my lover
To comfort me from my fears
I have only my blanket
To swallow my sorrowful tears
I have not the ear of my lover
To listen to my woes
I have only my pen and paper
To indulge as I compose.

This i also like: it truly conveys the feeling of a lover lost
One suggestion: change line 4. It's repetitive
