Uninstalling patch Q811493

Exactly 2 years ago I had trouble with my computer slowing down drastically. It appeared that the culprit was patch Q811493, and the solution was to remove it. That was ok, but since then, for various reasons, I have had to reinstall the entire SP2. Now the computer is really dragging its tail, and unfortunately the individual patches don't appear in the Add/Remove list; only the complete pack shows up.

How can I remove this - or any - individual patch?
