Controlling Googlebots relentlessness

Hey,

I run Edit: Moderator: website removed. We've been loaded really well into Google, but for a few months now it's been a little too well. At any time of day there is 10-15 google bots browsing the forum, and the result is really starting to cost me with bandwidth. I was wondering if this SEO mod will help with that. I thought something like revisit-after would work, but since Google ignores that, something similar would be great.

I don't want to stop google completely, but reduce it's usage of bandwidth, and maybe tell it to come back in a couple of days, since it seems like a never ending battle, since it reindexs a page when it's changed, and with an active forum, that never stops!

Thanks for your help.
