I am not a real expert in Hijackthis but I will try to help.

First your PC needs to be updated.
Click Start / All Programs / Windows Update
and download and install all critical updates needed for your PC.

Run Hijackthis and check the following and click Fix:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\DOCUME~1\SAMPSO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll/spage.html

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = res://C:\DOCUME~1\SAMPSO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll/spage.html

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sp] rundll32 C:\DOCUME~1\SAMPSO~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\se.dll,DllInstall

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WindowsFY] c:\wp.exe

O18 - Filter: text/html - {B3C303B9-6F63-4BE4-8CCA-32050F9109A3} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\kkfe.dll

Reboot in Safe Mode and go to C:\WINDOWS\System32
and delete kkfe.dll

Search for wp.exe and delete it.

Then follow all the steps here
