Francis not only has a marvelous perception of photography, he has a wonderful memory. I remember well our exchange about the Phantom.
Merci beaucoup, my friend. Truly breathtaking tour and much better than an omnibus.

To the prince; we missed you at the London Gathering. No excuse is good enough~! As for the Tate, I was there about five lifetimes ago when Worhol died, and they had flowers under his painting (if we can call it that!). The National Gallery was my first appointment in London. After that, everything is hazy.

Let's resume.
We had arranged to have a meeting with McTag at my hotel in Picadilly, Friday evening.

After my first London tour, I dressed myself the same way as in my avatar, for McTag could recognize me.

Then I waited in the reception hall but put my sunglasses on.

I noticed this guy wandering about looking in a puzzled way at me, then I knew he was McTag.

He was really sure it was me when I put my glasses off.

You know McTag?

It is this wonderful specimen of humanity :

I chatted a little then I asked him if he could wait a few minutes as I could put myself some casual wear.
We left quickly and headed to a pub he knew.
Had a beer, chatted and gone to another pub where whe had some wine and sharers.
We spent some time together then returned to Picadilly where I left him at the tube station.

First evening with an A2Ker, nice trip!

Then went to the hotel and slept like a baby (but it's usual) till 10:00 AM.

Shower, dress, down the lift, breakfast and ready to my riverboat tour.

Going to Westminster pier by feet, I stopped to talk to this guy, got no answer so I thought he was deaf :

hmmm, how do they bend their legs in those booties? they look silly. the saddle would make one mean furcoat though.. although i'd only wear fake fur. i thought the royal guard stopped using the bear hats and furs of all sorts? what's up with that? it's 21st century, hello!
