Although there are many, notably Texans, who would agree with that statement, in fact New Mexico is a state of the Union. We stole it from Old Mexico a helluva long time ago, and we ain't givin' it back . . . well, maybe except for Taos . . .

For those who dont know, I'm a wee bit aware of the geography of USA.
This was intended to be a wink to a Dys comment about USA "love it or leave it". Laughing
