Hey Craven,
I'm obsessed with your mods, as you probably know by now (heh).
All of your mods are heavily involving marketing ideas, etc.
You said something in another post about "deeply modding" for phpBB3 in the future.
I just was curious if you've thought of these ideas for the mod:
1) An email digest... allowing members to signup for a "digest" in which it summarizes all of the posts in a forum
2) A watch forum mod (similar to the regular watch topic feature in phpBB)
3) A mod that turns "always notify me of replies" on by default in profiles. This is for the people that don't look over all of the profile information when registering.
All three of these are geared towards getting people to come BACK to the forum.
What do you think, eh?

The first 2 are mods I plan to eventually make. Neither can be done half-assed or it will be horrible for large forums.
The last one is as easy as editing the template and marking that checkbox as checked.
