I always try to help people lose weight. But I can't help my self !!!! I'm 148bl and I'm 164 cm tall(5in 4ft). I really need help I look so bad! I just can't stand looking at myself in the mirror . And even sometimes I start crying . Pleeeeeeeese help:!: I'll neve ever forget you girls .
