pink mould in jar

Basically once I'd finished a nutella jar i put soap and some water in it, put the lid back on, forgot about cleaning it and managed to leave it for three weeks. I came back to it today and loads of gas came out, think I managed to avoid inhaling it for the most part, but I'm pretty sure it's a pink colour. Kind of ran away from it not really sure what to do with it and am i gonna die lol
