Definition of "the last weekend of the month"

I curious on how people would weigh in on the following question, or if anyone has a quoteable source.

If something is supposed to happen on the "last weekend in April" would that be Saturday April 30th and Sunday May 1st, or Saturday April 23rd and Sunday April 24th?

its the LAST WEEKEND so i am pretty sure it is the 30th
