I have lost 3 years worth of graphics from a CD. My computer locked up and I couldn't get the CD to eject and I had to just shut my computer down illegally and when it restarted the cd was empty??!! Is there any magic that will help me be able to see the files from the CD so that they can be copied back to my computer and then placed on another CD?? Need some advice and help if anyone can!!

Were you in the middle of writing the CD ?
I'm wondering because CDs don't go blank in the way you describe.

Easiest way would be to stuff the disk into another machine and have a look at it there.
Or have a look at the back of the disk and see if you can see that the data has been physically written to the disk

In any case all the stuff that you were putting on the CD will be on your hard drive so just burn another one.
