State Surplus Servers

I just bought some state surplus servers--actually the computer system that ran the Solano County (CA) Sheriff's Department until 6 months ago--for $25. As is the nature of these things, I had to buy them from a tiny picture with no description.

It turned out to be:
- Two IBM Netfinity 7000 Servers, one with 4 Pentium II processors, no HDs, no memory
- One IBM Netfinity 5500 server, two Pentium Pro processors, no HD, no RAM
- One IBM PC 235 Server, no processors, no HD, no memory

My question is, whereas this board is full of smart people, some of whom have probably worked on these exact machines... Are these machines, in your opinion worth keeping, if my sole intention is running a relatively small, but database driven, website? Do you think I can upgrade them, and if so, how far and where should I shop? Are there people on this board I should support in my purchasing? Anyone got stuff that'll fit this machine? Oh, and do I really have to use IBM-brand memory and hard drives?

Thank you all for your help. Heck, I may even give you a server out of appreciation...
