Wal-Mart legal issue...

Hi, I was considering attempting to stay in Wal-Mart after it closes and spend the night with a friend or two. As long as we don't make a mess or steal anything, what are the legal ramifications of this? (providing we are caught, of course...) Has anyone else ever done this?

It seems to me that at the least, you could be charged with trespassing. Why don't you and your friends rent a movie, and go home instead? I could forsee a scenario where it might be thought that you and your friends were planning to burglarize the place, and you could get into a lot more trouble than you bargained for.
