i think tekken 5 sucks. mortal kombat is the best game by far.
Tekken Tag has to be my all-time favorite fighting game, though I've not played much of Tekken 4 or any of the rest of the series.

I'm not a big fan of tekken tag. it's alright, but tekken 4 blows it away IMO. I like the vs mode where you can have 10 characters each and fight until the last one is standing.
Tekken is decent. Mortal Combat has gone from good in the days of the original and Mortal Combat 2, to the general suckiness that it is now. It's an exercise to see how labored and clunky a game can possibly feel.
