Looking for a movie

I'm looking for a movie I watched years ago it was on netflix around 2012/2013. It was animated I believe idk it looked like a it was made from paper or comic style and the main art colors where red, black and white

It was about a human boy who is trying to help his sister find a new heart. A monk who can faze through walls by turning into sand and woman who was a whore helps him out oh and pure humans are rare and most aliens eat them It's set in a futuristic world where humans are second glass and aliens run the world, like there was as lizard aliens. I know this sounds weird but I cant find this movie anywhere
