Most athletes I know, and I know several, are really fitness adicts. It's good.


Are you aware that attaining and maintaining physical fitness of a very high calibre, are difficult objectives, requiring much time and very hard work?

i do get out of breath but like i said before...i do not stop. i never claimed to be an ace skipper, i was talking about racing... are you crazy or am i really eighty something acting good?

Well I didn't think so, I was trying to get a truthful figure on your age!


You babble on like a child, change to a young lady of about twenty or more, then you babble on about being an old woman getting meals on wheels, you state you live in South East Asia, then you say Pakistan, you are mixed up aren't you?
