Perhaps, after I eat this apple pie and cream, with an extra helping of cream, do you think this is a good start?

Wouldn't it be silly to try to diet and eat pie too?

Good day, Lyn. Welcome!

Isn't it now accepted that dieting makes you fat?

Oh thank you, nice to meet you.

Surely eating and drinking in moderation, avoiding fatty and sugary foods is the most sensible approach combined with regular exercise?

Excuse me, I am not exactly sure what your question means, albeit I am always personally careful about the volumes of food I digest.

It is essential that I am satisfied with how I look, some people simply do not care, they resultantly become obese and slovenly in their appearance and general attitude, which pathway do you follow?

Being generally concerned with health and not overeating processed foods (as you and I undoubtedly do) is more a way of life than a diet, wouldn't you say?

The path I follow is that it is essential that I am satisfied with how I feel. How I look is a long way down the list.

What does "look good" mean anyway?

Excuse me, again I am having difficulty with your question, nobody has use the term 'look good' do you like to put words into peoples mouths to satisfy your egotistical approach to being an advisor?

I did sense a rather savage approach from reading much of your input in comparrison to other members.

Am I reading you correctly then, I have no intention of becoming involved in any public brawl with you, have we got off on the wrong foot?
