Well the problem started with me but it ended up involving a pillow fight with Dutchy and Butterfly and I believe a cat and a pigeon.....is that not right?

At school I was the Captain. But, how do you expect a college juniour to become a prefect?
I didn't know there were such things as prefects so I have no clue. How do you become one in the first place?
Leadership skills, good academic performance, participation in co-curricular activities -- in my case. Shouldn't you have known that now that you are in college?
Well I am in America where civilization is backwards or at least most different than Europe and other countries. So we have no such things as Prefects.....I don't even know what our substitute will be.....Do you guys have Fraternities or Clubs?
