I can put up an argument here. My father was a Spanish gentleman and leader of an organised crime family, can you tell me why they called him Don?

Donald does put in personal appearances at Disneyland where he moves a good bit slower than he does on the tele, but that could just be because he's a very old Don these days, couldn't it?
