The French built the Marginot Line or Marginot Wall after World War One to keep a potential German invasion from happening. True story! At the beginnings of WWII, the Germans invaded France by going around the north and southern edges of the Marginot Wall which was wide open. Would that design tactic make the shark nets safer or just slightly delay the sharks?

Don't underestimate the intelligence of sharks. As a species, you know they've been around for hundreds of millions of years?
