Depending on the weather on Sunday, we'll go for a drive, and have lunch somewhere and probably do some wine tasting. Sounds ok?

Sounds fun. Is it supposed to rain all week end for you?

Forecast is for showers over the next few days, rain is very much needed you know. Do you know we have been on water restrictions for years because of the drought?

Don't you know DeeDee mentioned that on the yabber thread?
Doesn't sound like much fun. Trade you the good economy over there for the weather over here?

DDXX would have suffered the same conditions as we have. No need to trade weather after this rain but will trade good vibes with you if that is agreeable?

Oh, that's what that was? Don't you hope it brings a job?!
(thought it was another earthquake like we had a couple of weeks ago!)

Don't I wish it would happen sooner rather than later?

(hubby 's getting depressed)

Ofcourse you do, do you get Government assistance in the US, like unemployed people do here?

(Very sorry to hear about your hubby Dev)

Yes, but methinks hubby is avoiding it a bit because to him it somehow means admitting defeat or failure. Know what I mean?

(and thanks for the sympathy, trying to buck up as best I can)

I do know what you mean. Hubby is not a failure, he is the victim of an economic downturn, the effects of which no one can foresee. Don't you agree?

You must be positive and keep encouraging him. No doubt you've done all that?
