To be truthful, I am a little confused after a conversation with an English guy who asked, "What two and eight are you in?"…..I'm like …Do what buddy? Apparently he was talking rhyming slang!

2&8= State. Does anyone know what he was talking about when he mentioned; Tom Foolery?
