If I was the willing subject in photos with my significant other and she publishes the nudes on the net, do I have any recourse or rights? This was done without my permission and I was not informed about the posting, just stumbled across the photo's

Maybe, if you consider it public disclosure of embarassing, private facts. But, what would you ask in your suit, beyond removal of the photos. Can you demonstrate that you've been damaged?

I remember several years ago nude photos of Dr. Laura were published on the Internet. Since she was a strident spokesperson for The Straight and Narrow these were damaging for her reputation and her livelihood.

I'm sure she had some very expensive advice and she chose not to take legal action.
