I sincerely hope she is on some exotic beach somewhere, Mai Tai in hand, some gentle Reggae playing in the distance, waves gently lapping at the shore, blissfully unaware that we are all worrying about her.
If this IS the case, I would like to volunteer Gus as the one who should reprimand her when she returns, as he knows some good swear words.

Just got back from the post office. I sent the letter by registered mail so that someone will have to sign for it. With any luck, I'll get signature confirmation by Monday or Tuesday. Hoping.....
