Hi Josh,
You have some nasty critters on your system,
Lets do a few things here prior to cleaning up with HJT, You currently have HJT running from a TEmp Folder we want to get that moved first, Lets see if we can get rid of some of this garbage manually,

First
You have a Peper Trojan
Go here and run the The Removal Tool
. You must be connected to the internet for it to work.
Close all open windows then run it. It will run in a flash so don't think it hasn't worked!
Reboot

Next,
Go to Add/Remove programs and remove the following,
Media Access
Internet Optimizer
Web_Rebates

Search for this one and remove as well, It may show up as
180Search
or
180Solutions
or
N-Case

If you have any trouble removing any of these try removing in safe mode, you can get to safe mode by tapping the F8 key on start up,

Please run these two online scans. Make sure they are set to clean automatically:

TrendMicro's HouseCall
ActiveScan

You should try to delete any files that these scanners are unable to clean. Then let us know if its working better and what the scans found.

Then scan again with HijackThis and post another log.

Josn, an "after-fix" HJT log is useful to folks who do this stuff. If you could manage to get a current one from your freind's machine, it would be appreciated. No biggie if ya can't - just be nice if ya could. Thanks.

Also as a side note might be better if your friend signed up at the site so we could deal directly with him ( or any of your other friends for the matter)
Sometimes it takes us a bit to get back to members right away,

Anywho as Timber said if we could get a look at the " After Fix log " would like to be sure he is clean,

Thanks
Don
