Thanks in advance for not saying: Just stop smoking pot.
It was over 50 years ago that I watched a movie done in another language (don't recall if there were subtitles). But I do recall a female narrator.
The movie was about two brothers about the age of eleven who lived out in the country. They find a young otter and stow him away in their house, hiding him from their parents. In one scene, one of the brothers is sleeping and having a dream in which he sees just the head of the otter eating fish at a frenzied pace. That's about all I can remember, except that one of the brothers was named Chell.

No, neither of those. But thanks for offering. I've tried every way to search for this movie. It seemed old to me even when I was young. Only saw it once, but really want to see it again. It's a piece of my life, or something like that.
