How do I remove the SBC Yahoo! Reboot Helper dialog box?

I just inherited a computer from someone who had SBC Yahoo as their Internet provider. The SBC Yahoo! Reboot Helper dialog box pops up on startup. I couldn't find SBC Yahoo in the programs file and haven't figured out how to remove it. Any ideas?
