Depeche Mode song 'Personal Jesus'.
Reach out and touch faith
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who cares
Your own personal Jesus
Someone to hear your prayers
Someone who's there
Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer
Take second best
Put me to the test
Things on your chest
You need to confess
'reach out and touch, fate'?
Isaiah 65:11 "But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number."

Feeling unknown
And you're all alone
Flesh and bone
By the telephone
Lift up the receiver
I'll make you a believer
Take second best
Put me to the test
Things on your chest
You need to confess
'flesh and 'bone''
all alone
by the telephone
i need to take 'second' best
until I confess
the things on my chest
Sounds like a sex therapist.
@daverod,
Isaiah 65:11 "But ye are they that forsake Jehovah, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number."
Churchianity removes God's Name to HIDE Him, replacing Him with their Triune Travesty.....
@MadJW,
Your 'New World Translation,' is an English translation of the Hebrew bible, why do you refuse to translate the Hebrew 'JHWH' into English.
In English, 65:11; should read; "But ye are they that forsake 'WHO I AM', that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number."
