Dont know, maybe an old movie, not so mich

I nant remember any other details.
There was a black man with beard and the USA government couldnt catch him so there was an undercover agent girl and she became his friend's gf (he friend was also black, she was white). She went with them out of the country and tried to find staff about him to frame him but turned out he knew and he liked her there.

I think when he killed her he was shooting:
"No one steal from me, no one! No one!!"
Or something like that. Then he killed her.

Also i think it was based on true story.
They wrote what happend to him in the end...
