Super early Hanukkah question: electric candles for menorah

Looking to buy a dinosaur menorah from Etsy for my office this holiday season. Really don't like the really boring traditional/pretty expensive menorahs on Amazon.

Do you know if they sell thin electric candles that could fit in the dinosaur menorahs? I'm not going to retrofit leds and wires to one of them (spending my own money on this as well as I don't want the responsibility to burn down the file room where I work). Assuming the candles have to be LED given the small diameter of the candleholders in place.

Also... taking suggestions for electric menorahs if you know of any under $50 (really fun in design is a NECESSITY). I plan on spending slightly more if I do buy from Etsy.
