Hi people. I'm trying to figure out what foods are very filling so that I can get fuller by eating less. Does anyone have any like convenient, around the house items like that? Thanks in advanced.

When you say "very filling", do you mean that you want to gain weight?

If so, the thing that comes to mind are peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Use whole grain bread. There is much more nutrition in those breads than white bread. Bananas are a quick and filling snack.

I gather that you want to eat fewer calories and lose weight.

Not only are vegetables full of vitamins, they are full of fiber and water, two low calorie elements.

Of course you have to go easy on the butter, oil, sour cream.

Uh, no Phoenix, I don't want to gain weight. I just want to eat less without being hungry. Smile

A big glass of water with what you eat will help you fill up quicker. The yogurt with fruit in the bottom of the cup is fillin too.
