I have a long paper on my site and It is put together in sections (like chapters) How would I make it so that if they click on the table of contents it would bring them down to a certain section on the page?

Use a tag like this to specify a point in the document:

Code:<a name="section1"></a>


Then you can link to it like this:

Code:<a href="#section1">go to section 1</a>
