Assuming you meant to type 19
2. etc, not 19
5. etc, that would be the home page of your router, or possibly that of your internet connection interface - your DSL, cable or ISDN modem. In any event, it would be an address internal to your own network. Point your browser to it and see what happens. If you get a password prompt, the default for Linksys routers is username: nothing, field is left blank, password:
admin (all lower case). If a page that looks like this:
opens and you don't know what you're doin' when you get there, you don't wanna go pokin' around. You prolly should just leave and don't go back untill you've read and understand the relevant documentation.
On the other hand, if the address that has you curious actualy is 19
5.168.1.1 (a somewhat improbable actual address, BTW; it is valid, can be pinged, and returns a traceroute, but there is no page there), not 19
2. etc, it apparently would be from a machine in the Slovak Republic, operating over
Nextra SK, an ISP network owned by the Slovakian subsidiary of Norwegian
Telenor Internet
