How do I open a .psf file that was sent to me and which I saved to tahoo briefcase? When I click to open my Adobe Photoshop program opens and shows a little window saying it can't open a .psf file.

A PSF file can be one of two things:

- Pallete Storage Format (Opens only in PhotoStudio 2000)
- Portable Script File

If its the latter then "Alintex Script .NET" seems to be the best source fo running this script, although make sure its from a trusted source as this script may damage your computer...

Heres some more info: http://www.alintex.com/Documentation/ascript/index.html?tutorial8portablescriptfiles.htm

There's a better-than-fair possibility its a file created on a PDA usin' the PALM operatin' system. If so, ArcSoft's 3D Text Factory (15 day trial) should open it.

However, unless I knew who sent it to me, and knew that person meant to and did in fact send it to me, I knew what it was supposed to be, and it scanned clean for infection, I wouldn't think it wise to try to open it.
