Do you think it matters who started the fight should or will be the determining factor in who wins this lawsuit ?
If it is established Williams started the fight by pushing Romanowski in the back -- is Romanowski justified in his reaction/overeaction no matter the level of damage he might inflict ?
Or does one tend to get what one deserves if he/she starts a fight ?
Due to the extent of Williams career-ending injuries, should he be entitled to compensation even if it is determined he was at fault for starting the fight ?
