Looking for MOVIE with BOOTCAMP scene during end credits

I have been looking for a movie I watch in passing during the late 90's to early 2000's...The movie had all sorts of characters like drug dealers, assassins, hit men, cops and their families I think. I remember that one scene showed a very obese man putting on some sort of fat burning/weight loss cream on his belly while watching videos of military training clearly aspiring to become a soldier. But what I really remember is the ending...The scene had the same obese man now skinny and fit living his dream of participating in recruit training. The military boot camp/basic training sequence showed while the ending credits were starting to role.
Anyone know of it? It has been on my mind since that night soooo long ago. Thanks for your time.
