A visit to the Dentist

Going to the dentist after work. It will be the first time I've been to the dentists since 1994 (when I was still in the army at Fort Hood, TX).

The impetus that's driving me to the dentist after so many years? I broke a back tooth (part of the crown) 11 days ago when on a ferry to Governor's Island and noshing on Trader Joe's version of Cracker Jacks. Thankfully, it hasn't been in pain (or any discomfort). So, I was able to accept the appointment at the NYU School of Dentistry that wasn't the same week as the incident.
